From the office in Zevenaar, Tekla Structures is technically supported by a team of 8 employees. All employees have a technical background and are experienced in providing Tekla Structures training. Therefor, they understand all types of questions and answer them correctly. This team helps you to work with Tekla Structures in the most effective and efficient way.

We have the same approach in each country where Construsoft is active: support and service first! We provide local service, in local languages, from local offices.

Lots of questions are intercepted by supplying clear documentation, covered by obvious step plans and illustrations, supplemented with Help files available in many languages. The always up-to-date manuals for the training are concentrated on the used configuration. For futher support, lots of examples, supplements and interactive video tutorials are available.

For additional support, Construsoft can take a look at a customers’ screen through the internet and if necessary, take over his screen and computer. Therefor questions and solutions could be clarified quickly and with ease.

There are frequent web sessions about all kinds of subjects as additional training. Customers can sign up for these sessions.

Web support can be obtained through the Construsoft Xtranet. This is a section which can only be accessed by customers. Here are new versions, Hints & Tips and other tools available.
